This last weekend we took some time out to visit the “happiest place on earth”.
The girls especially had fun finding the princesses to autograph their books and get pictures with them.
We have determined that our older two at ages 7 and 9 had the best time of all. They could ride all the rides without age/height restriction. Sadie was thrilled that she could ride “alone” on the bumper bugs in Bugsland.
Gracie was a trooper and dared the Tower of Terror, which she says she loved. Sadie didn’t remember the ride being quite so long and her pale face after was a tell all for sure.
We did the Aladdin show this year which was AMAZING!! We LOVED it!!
All the parades were wonderful and kept even Mr. Grumpy pants very happy when he saw his favorite Pixar characters (Buzz in particular). His Buzz was a lifesaver for sure as it kept him occupied while waiting in lines!
My in-laws came along with us and thank goodness because they took the little ones every afternoon for a snooze!!
AND YES staying at one of the Disney hotels was 100% worth it when you have little ones!! When the kids are all older it would be a different story, but for now we will save to spend a little extra for that!! So, wonderful to have easy access to our hotel. Not to mention the magic morning!!
Best ride overall…hands down Radiator Springs Racers. So, fun and one of the best themed rides Disney has to offer!! For the bigger kids & grownups going in the single rider line is definitely the way to go 20 minute wait vs. 90+ minutes!!
Well, we are back now and trying to get things back in order and back to work. If you have been patiently waiting to see images I am working hard to get those up over the next few days!! Thank you so much for letting me take some time out for fun!!
Here is some of our photos, yes they are iphone photos…between holding Gunnar 24/7 and all our snacks in my bag the professional camera was the last of our worries!
Blessings!
