I am so excited for Cheryl & Patrick to welcome TWIN GIRLS in the early fall.  They are two of the sweetest, kind and genuine people I know.  They are going to be amazing parents!!  I have photographed Cheryl several times as she is one of the Dollies at DollyRockers (and my Gracie’s hairdresser, for those of you that love her sweet bob, Cheryl is responsible for that!).  I have never seen Cheryl so relaxed in front of the camera…she exemplifies the true pregnancy glow…you can see it all over her face.  Pregnancy just plain looks good on her! 

I loved her ideas for their maternity session…I have to say my favorite set of pictures was at the end in the pool!!  So, fun.

We joked that this next shot looked like they were at a small cafe in Italy…Thanks to Cheryl’s sweet client, Nicole for opening up her home for us to shoot…it was stunning.

Let’s start with this gorgeous wedding party, in particular the handsome groomsmen & groom…we were able to get the guy’s pictures done before the ceremony.  There were lots of laughs and maybe a little inappropriate touching amongst themselves, but boys will be boys.  I was quite thrilled that we were able to get one serious one out of the bunch.

I am so blessed to meet and work with the most amazing families.  This one is no exception…I have known the Toren’s for quite some time now, if you have ever seen or read North Valley Magazine, that is Adam’s brainchild.  A fabulous publication that is all over the valley now!!  Can I also say that when I had Gunnar, Crystal made me the most fabulous diaper cake ever!!!  I already told her that she has to sell them…it was absolutely fantastic and it was such a sweet surprise.  Well, I am so thrilled that they will be welcoming baby #3 in a couple of days!!  He truly is a miracle baby because A & C didn’t plan on more than two, however God had another plan for their family and they couldn’t be more excited themselves.  What a blessing and I am so glad that we captured him in the belly…no pressure, but I think this little ones is going to be a mover and a shaker!!  I can’t wait to meet Baby Cash!!  (AND I LOVE his name…just perfect!!)

C really wanted to do some cool silhouette shots, but we had a little time before the sun was just right, so we snapped some with lots of bright sun and I love them!!

This weekend was so fun because we got to surprise my sweet friend, Genea with a shower to celebrate Baby Maddy who will be here very soon.  It was some of my favorite things…a true surprise (she had no clue), celebrating a baby, wonderful friendships and of course…yummy food!! 

A few weeks ago we got some pictures of Genea, her belly, her hubby and her sweet little boy Jayden.  We actually took the pictures in both my (old) backyard which was totally overgrown with weeds, but made for great pictures and my parents’ backyard that was lush and green!!  There is all sorts of fun stuff for Jayden to get into at my parents, but we snagged him up for a few photos and a couple just of him too!!  He seriously has the bluest eyes!!  My Gracie and him are the cutest little buddies and in fact when they are together they get mistaken for brother and sister!!

Welcome Logan’s sweet little brother, Luke!!  This family is amazing and I just loved that I got to spend the afternoon with them.  Logan & Luke’s mama and I go way back to junior high if you can believe it!!  She has been a part of my life for so long…she was a bridesmaid in my wedding too!!  Funny though as life tends to be and we get busy we had a few years that we lost track, but don’t you love technology and how it can reconnect you!!  I sure do, I have been reconnected with so many over the last few years!!  ANYWAY, now we only live a few miles from each other and get to see each other much more often, although with our little ones it still makes it a little difficult to get together as much as we would like!!  Well, Mr. Luke is one of the cutest little guys I have ever seen!!  He stayed asleep for the first part of our session and we were able to get some sweet little shots of him!!  Then we got some shots of big brother…being just that “big” and showing us how it’s done!!  Congrats, S Family!!  It was a privilege to photograph your growing family!!  Love you guys!!

Also, two big things that I will be posting about soon…one is my LOGO is just about finished and I can’t wait to show you!!  It’s Awesome!!  I’ll tell you all about that and my amazing designer once all of that gets finished up!!  Second, I have had the amazing pleasure of second shooting two fabulous weddings the last two weekends with one of my best girlfriends!!  I will be posting some of those images VERY soon!!  April is a VERY VERY busy month for me…with two destination weddings, newborn. maternity and family shoots!!  Going to be a wild one, but am so excited!!  The month of May will start my slow up since my belly bump seems to continue to be growing and growing!!

A & H came to my home yesterday for a mini maternity…I am so excited to meet their little boy due next month!!  I can’t even believe that I was able to edit their session & post to the blog in one day!!  This will never happen again…haha!!  This weekend kicked off a whirlwind for the next two months of lots of families getting their pictures done!  I am totally excited for a crazy few months as we fly into the holidays!!

So, this post is really backwards, since I should have posted Sebastian’s beautiful Mommy’s maternity shots before I posted his newborn, but instead of just forgetting about it…I had to share just how stinkin’ amazing M looked just days before she delivered!!  Perfect little basketball belly!!  I just love bellies - pregnant ones anyway!  :-)  And little one year old pot bellies too!!  My fave!  Congrats again, M & D!!
