Welcome Baby Avery…nine days old and just sweet as can be.  I have said before that one of the reasons I love being a photographer is people, I love being with people, building relationships or even better reconnecting.  I have known Avery’s daddy since grade school.  In fact when we were in second grade he broke his arm on his skateboard right out in front of my house.  I hadn’t seen him in over 12 years.  What a blessing to be able to see him, meet his beautiful wife & photograph their new little girl.  She was such a sport and was quite a little poser.  I am realizing that I am loving newborns even more as my last newborn is already seven months…this is now my new baby fix! 

Yeah for getting to finally use my new scale from a very thoughtful friend who bought it for me at an Antique Shop, Thanks, Carrie!!
